Banana Flapjacks

Ingredients
125ml butter
100g light soft brown sugar
5 tbsp Del Monte® Gold® Extra Sweet Pineapple Juice
250g rolled oats
1 Del Monte® banana, mashed
HERE'S ALL YOU NEED TO DO:
STEP 1:
Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 and grease a baking tin.
STEP 2:
Heat the butter, sugar and syrup in a saucepan until melted.
STEP 3:
Add the oats and Del Monte® banana and mix well.
STEP 4:
Spoon into the baking tin, flatten out and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
STEP 5:
Cut into squares in the tin while still hot, then leave to cool in the tin before lifting out and serving.
